How can I choose the right size?

You can check the size guide on the product page — it includes recommendations based on your mattress or pillow size to help you find the perfect fit.

Do I need to iron my cotton sheets?

Not necessarily. Most of our cotton sheets are designed to look beautiful with a naturally relaxed finish. But if you prefer a crisp, smooth look, a quick iron or light steam will do the trick.

Which products are final sale?

For hygienic reasons, down duvets, down products, pillows, pillow protectors, and mattress protectors are final sale. Discounted items are also final sale but may be eligible for exchange.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. We also offer financing options through RBC™ and Sezzle.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship across Canada and the Mainland U.S.. For other locations, reach out to us at (647) 793-7602 or 1-844-497-3345 for a custom shipping quote.

How long does shipping take?

The order will be processed and shipped immediately, arriving within 3–4 business days. Please note that some products may have longer lead times depending on stock availability, with delivery taking up to 4–6 weeks.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 to Canada and the Mainland U.S.. For orders under $150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Can I change my shipping address?

Contact us as soon as possible at customercare@davidsfinelinens.com. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once it’s processed, changes may not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Do you offer exchanges?

If you’d like a different item, the quickest way is to return your original purchase. Once your return is approved, you can order the item you prefer right away.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If so, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction. Also, sale items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Is my order eligible for a return?

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, unopened, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

The colour is not what I expected. Can I return the item?

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns based solely on colour variation.

How do I request a return?

Contact customercare@davidsfinelinens.com before sending your item back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. In that case, we’ll cover the return shipping.

Can I return an online purchase in-store?

No. Unfortunately, returns cannot be processed in-store.
