Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, unopened, and unworn;
  • In its original packaging with tags attached;
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at customercare@davidsfinelinens.com before sending your item back. Returns that are not pre-approved will not be accepted. And please note that online orders cannot be refunded in-store.

Also, we are unable to issue return labels for exchanges or returns.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this number to track your delivery status directly on the carrier’s website.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale due to hygienic reasons, and no exceptions can be made:

  • Down duvets
  • Down products
  • Pillows
  • Pillow protectors
  • Mattress protectors

The fill powers of all down products are clearly listed on the product pages, so we are unable to accept returns based on preferences regarding firmness or feel.

Please note that colours displayed online may vary slightly across different computer monitors due to your display settings. Unfortunately, because of this we cannot offer returns on items if the return is due only to discrepancies of colours compared to those seen on screen.

Items purchased with a discount code are also considered final sale and may only be eligible for exchange.

Also, sale items are subject to a 15% restocking fee if eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the quickest way is to return your current purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at customercare@davidsfinelinens.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
